Scholarship Need

We have an incredible opportunity in Lagosette, Haiti. Manna has sponsored a young lady, Anne Andre, to attend medical school in Port au Prince and she is now in her fourth year there. She is an exceptional person and her hope is to come back home to Lagosette when she is finished with her schooling to work in that area. If you have visited Lagosette, you most likely met many of her family members, including her aunt, Marie Lourdes, who is a teacher at the school and helps cook for the MGM groups.

Anne was in Port when the earthquake happened and is one of the few students who survived. She is doing well, though still struggling with the trauma she experienced. We were so blessed to spend some time with her when we were there in December, and she is anxious to continue her education. The reason I'm writing is because we need to find the support for her to continue her education. She needs approximately $6000 to cover her tuition and expenses for the school year. She is an amazing, Christian, young lady and we believe in her and pray we can find some people to step up and help support her education. It's a unique opportunity and we truly believe that God will do amazing things through Anne in her own country. If you are interested in helping meet this need, or if you would like more information, please email me, Monica Gautney, at monica@mannaglobalministries.org.
